Getting started
From sign-up to your first synced DM in under 10 minutes.
GainDesk setup is quick if you do it in the right order. Connect your Instagram account, pull in a real conversation, configure your business context, and test the reply workflow before you start depending on it.

Why it works
The details that coaches actually notice.
Start authorized
Connect only an Instagram professional account you are permitted to manage.
Add real context
Configure the offer, qualification approach, tone, and templates that support your workflow.
Test deliberately
Send a fresh DM, synchronize, review the conversation, and test a reply before scaling use.
1. Create and configure the workspace
Start with the business details that make the workspace useful. Keep the information current so any AI-assisted output has a better operating context.
- Create your GainDesk account and workspace.
- Add your business profile, booking link, offer details, qualification rules, and tone preferences.
- Create reply templates for recurring situations when helpful.
2. Connect an Instagram professional account
Use the Connect Instagram action from settings. GainDesk uses Instagram API with Instagram Login for professional accounts, not Facebook Page Login.
- Sign in to the Instagram account you are authorized to manage.
- Allow the requested Instagram business permissions.
- Return to GainDesk and confirm that the connected account appears in settings.
3. Run a small real-world test
Use a fresh DM conversation to confirm the workflow end to end. A newly sent message gives the sync and webhook flow a meaningful conversation to process.
- Send a fresh DM to the connected professional account from a separate Instagram account.
- Accept the message request in Instagram if needed, then synchronize conversations in GainDesk.
- Open the lead, review the thread, test analysis or a draft, and confirm your next-action routine.
Next step
Set up the small loop before you scale it.
A deliberate first test makes the day-to-day workflow much easier to trust.
