Resources / Billing
Choose a plan, then manage billing through a focused workflow.
GainDesk plan selection and billing are designed to stay straightforward. Paid checkout and available customer billing controls are handled through Stripe, while GainDesk keeps the workspace aware of the selected subscription status.

Why it works
The details that coaches actually notice.
Clear plan progression
Starter, Pro, and Studio follow the scale of the coaching workflow.
Stripe checkout
Payment operations are handled through Stripe rather than stored directly in GainDesk.
Workspace status
GainDesk uses subscription records to show the plan and gate available workspace features.
Choose the plan that fits the current workflow
Start from the operating need: manual control, optional automation, or a team workspace. A larger plan is useful only when the workflow can make good use of it.
- Starter is designed for one account and manual approval.
- Pro adds optional autopilot and a larger AI allowance.
- Studio adds multiple connected accounts and several workspace users.
Checkout and payment handling
When a paid plan is selected, checkout is handled through Stripe. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not intentionally stored directly by GainDesk.
- Review the plan details shown during checkout.
- Use the available billing controls in GainDesk or Stripe when provided.
- Contact the GainDesk support channel for a billing question that cannot be resolved from the workspace.
Subscription status inside GainDesk
GainDesk stores billing-related identifiers and subscription status so the workspace can show the active plan and make the relevant feature set available.
- Workspace billing status is synchronized from Stripe events.
- The active plan determines which features are available.
- Review the privacy policy for more information about billing-related data processing.
Next step
Pick the plan that supports the next stage, not the distant one.
A clear billing workflow keeps the subscription decision practical.
